Himesuma is a premium brand of farmed kawakawa (little tunny/oriental bonito) raised in Ehime Prefecture, Japan. Known as the "toro of skipjacks," it features rich, velvety fat throughout its body, a fresh fragrance, and a smooth mouthfeel suitable for sashimi, sushi, and aburi.
