Ingredients

Red Chili, Fish Sauce (Anchovies, Salt, Sugar), Shallot, Lemongrass, Vinegar, Palm Oil, Sugar, Yeast Extract, Lime Leaves, Salt, Galangal, Garlic, Turmeric, Tamarind, Dried Chili Powder, Bird's Eye Chili.

Cooking Directions

200g Tom Yam Hot Pot Sauce, 200g coconut cream, 800g to 1000g water, 1000g mixed seafood (such as scallop), 3 tomatoes (300g), 100g coriander leaves (separate the stalks and leaves).

1. 3 tomatoes cut into 8 pieces each, coriander leaves cut to 1 cm length for later use.

2. Bring to boil 200g Tom Yam Hot Pot Sauce, 200g coconut cream, 800g to 100g water & coriander stalk at medium heat.

3. Add tomatoes, oyster mushroom and mixed seafood, cook at medium heat until the seafood is cooked, add coriander leaves, serve.

4. Can add vermicelli (Individual preference).

Store in cool dry place.

Once opened, keep refrigerated at 2°C to 4°C and consume within 7 days.
