Scallop XO Sauce / XO干贝酱 (Value Series) [200g / Bottle]

As a treat on special occasions, our mother would serve us her sambal sauce for dinner. With our favorite snack of dried scallops, we would peel its sweet and tender flesh into the spicy sambal and mix well. We discovered a marriage of delicate texture and sublime taste, which we call our premium XO Sauce.

Ingredient(s): Canola Oil, Shallot, Red Chili, Dried Scallop, Dried Shrimp, Lemongrass, Sugar, Tumeric, Garlic, Fish Sauce (Anchovies, Salt, Sugar), Bird's Eye Chili, Tamarind, Yeast Extract, Galangai, Lime Leaves.  

Serving Directions: Best enjoyed straight from the bottle as a condiment; or

1. Served with rice dishes e.g. fried rice.
2. Fried with vegetables e.g. asparagus, snow peas, french beans, etc
3. Use as a pizza topping with chunks of green apple and mozzarella cheese, grilled in oven for 3-5 minutes.

Shake well before use.

Storage: Store in cool dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated at +2°C to +4°C and consume within 7 days. Expiry Date printed on packaging.
