Our Regal Manuka Wood Smoked Salmon is cured with premium sea salt and brown sugar, then smoked for several hours over New Zealand native manuka woodchips. The result is rich in aroma, vibrant in colour and delicious to taste.

We raise our King salmon in the majestic marine environment of the Marlborough Sounds. Storage Instructions
If CHILLED, keep refrigerated at 0-4°C and use before the expiry date on pack. If FROZEN, keep frozen at -18°C or below and use within 12 months. Thaw and store product refrigerated at 0-4°C. Once thawed use within a month. Once OPENED, keep refrigerated at 0-4°C and use within four days.
