Ingredients

Shallot, Fish Sauce (Anchovies, Salt, Sugar), Palm Oil, Garlic, Lemongrass, Salt, Turmeric, Yeast Extract, Ginger, Sugar, Galangal, Turmeric Leaves, Dried Chili Powder, Tamarind, Lime Leaves

Cooking Directions

200g Beef Rendang Hot Pot Sauce, 200g coconut cream, 800g to 1000g water, 1000g beef - thinly sliced, 6 eggs, 3 onions (450g sliced).

1. 6 eggs lightly beaten, pan fry for later use.

2. Bring to boil 200g Beef Rendang Hot Pot Sauce, 200g coconut cream and 800g to 1000g water at medium heat.

3. Add sliced onion, fried egg and cook at medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes, add sliced beef and cook until half done, serve. (Reminder: Sliced beef is not recommended to cook until well done).
